Gurus of the Gurdwara Guru Ji, the guru of Nanak, declared that ghoras (day) is the time of the day in which the Kundan is formed in the body and one should undertake a gharwar prank at that time. In Nanak's time, there was the important data or pilgrimage to Guru Nanak's mausoleum. Thus, Gurmukhs decided to teach the Nanak Baba about the meaning of gharwar pranam.
